All items sold through 804 Auctions are final sale.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

5. Item Condition

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. By bidding, you acknowledge you have reviewed item descriptions and photos.

6. Exceptions

The only exception is if the wrong item was shipped due to our error. In that case, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
